Job Summary

Vox Telecommunications is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies

Design and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and developing targeted sales campaigns.

Lead and Manage Sales Team

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.

Build and Maintain Customer Relationships

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.

Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance

Track and analyze sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase sales productivity.

Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends

Continuously update knowledge of the business climate, applications, and competition to stay ahead of the market.

Requirements
  • Education

Grade 12 or equivalent, with a degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

Proven experience in sales management, with a strong background in finance, marketing, business law, management, and economics.
