Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Armstrong Appointments. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing existing customer relationships in the Kwa-Zulu Natal region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and implement processes to measure and track sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in a technical field.
  • Technical qualification in a relevant field.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Knowledge of the abrasive industry is an advantage.
