Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Armstrong Appointments. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing existing customer relationships in the Kwa-Zulu Natal region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and implement processes to measure and track sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in a technical field.
- Technical qualification in a relevant field.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Knowledge of the abrasive industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial flair.
- Resilient and resourceful personality with strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
