Business Growth Specialist

At TalentCru, we're seeking a skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our national footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a call cycle to meet outlined sales targets and grow our national presence.
- Represent our brand in a professional manner, consistently meeting with new and existing clients to build strong relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in Key Account Management Methodology to drive impactful call cycles.
- Manage orders and ensure demand for stock can be met, providing sales reports and forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve sales goals, utilizing your analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience as a Sales Rep in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Reliable car and ability to travel to and from clients.
- Sound understanding of Key Account Management Methodology and ability to plan impactful call cycles.
- Proven sales experience, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
