Key Responsibilities:- Administration Support: Provide assigned administration and day-to-day support to the HR department.

- HR Systems Update: Update Onboarding and Offboarding, and HR Systems on a weekly basis.
- Employee Benefits Administration: Assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
- Staff Communications: Manage and send daily Staff Communications as required.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain employee records (physical and digital), update HR databases and systems, and manage personnel files.
- Staff Rosters: Assist with assigned staff rosters.
- Labour Laws and Regulations: Staying informed about changes in labour laws and regulations to ensure the organisation remains in compliance.
- Employment Equity Reports: Assist with the preparation of annual Employment Equity Reports.
- Workplace Skills Plan: Assist with the preparation of annual Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) / Annual Training Report (ATR) submissions.
- BBBEE Compliance Audits: Assist with BBBEE Compliance Audits.
- Company Year End Audits: Assist with Company Year End Audits.
- Team Building and Long Service Awards: Assist with facilitating team-building exercises and long service awards.
- HR-Related Documents: Assist with HR-related documents for tender/bid submissions for the Starlite Group/CRI Group.
- HR Projects: Assist and participate in any HR-related projects and initiatives where required.
- Employment Laws and Practices: Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Record Keeping: Highly systematic, organised and accurate record keeping.
- Attention to Detail: Great attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Approachable and helpful.

The following list of qualifications is essential to fill the position:
- Grade 12
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resources or relevant qualification (advantageous)
- ± 2 years proven experience in an HR-related role (advantageous)
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
- Proficient in various computer-related software including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) and Share Point
