Job Title: HR Assistant - Human Resources Support
Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer HR/IR events and meetings.
- Maintain employee files and data capture.
- Recruitment and Selection.
- Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department.
- Administration of group succession plan.
- Management of the time and attendance process.
- Full function Human Resources Administration.
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting.
- Update and collate company policies and procedures manual.
- Administration of group uniform/ordering and management.
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and minutes of meetings.
- Payroll Administration.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Minimum Requirements: Matric Certificate, Higher Certificate in Human Resources or 1 year's experience in Human Resources/Business Administration.
