Recruitment Support Specialist

At Employ Africa HR Services CC, we're seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Support Specialist to join our recruitment team in Musgrave, Durban.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling interviews, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars. You will also assist with candidate communication, maintaining and updating recruitment databases, preparing and distributing offer letters, and generating reports to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
We're looking for an experienced individual with 2+ years of experience in an administrative or recruitment support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent attention to detail, and clear and professional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential.
As a Recruitment Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in facilitating smooth and efficient recruitment processes, ensuring timely responses to candidates, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records and job postings. You will work closely with hiring managers, external partners, and other stakeholders to achieve our goals.
