**Job Description:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to co-ordinate and control efficient and effective registry and archive services. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring that all records are accurately maintained, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Excellent administrative skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Benefits:**

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of R180,000 - R250,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

**Location:** The successful candidate will be based in the Western Cape province, South Africa.
