Our client is a leading provider of end-to-end engineering services for commercial vehicle engineering and development. Their solutions include zero-emissions technologies and advanced vehicle features such as ADAS, vehicle autonomy, and telematics.
Their turnkey solutions are validation tested and ready for mass production, catering to medium and heavy-duty commercial vehicles.
Job DescriptionThis role offers an exciting opportunity to join the administrative team of a dynamic company. As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the team and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and coordinating travel arrangements. You will also be involved in procurement, inventory management, and general administration tasks.
SalaryWe offer a competitive salary range of R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
- Grade 12 with Pure Maths
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
