About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage our day-to-day office operations in Cape Town. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office administration, interact with rental agencies, and perform errands as needed.
  • Reconcile and manage office running costs and budgets, monitor and order supplies.
  • Oversee office repairs, maintenance, and logistics, including hotdesk setup and allocation.
  • Coordinate hardware maintenance, returns, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with filing paperwork, staff onboarding, and exit procedures.
Requirements
  • Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and flexibility.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to set deadlines, provide progress updates, and take initiative.
  • Matric (Grade 12) essential, minimum 2 years' experience in office administration.
Salary and Benefits
