Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organized HR Administrator to join our team in the KZN Region.

About the Role

This is a dynamic role that requires excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

  • To process time and attendance information for weekly payroll processing;
  • To manage overtime requests for wages and salaries;
  • To submit monthly staff attendance registers to HR;
  • To maintain the Jarrison clocking system for all employees;
  • To record absenteeism for both wages and salaried employees;
  • To maintain training records and submit monthly reports;
  • To maintain Employment Equity information;
  • To assist with on-boarding documentation for new employees;
  • To prepare Petty Cash and Cash Sales reports.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate records and databases;
  • Preparing reports and presentations;
  • Providing administrative support to the Regional Manager;
  • Carrying out other assigned administration functions;
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Matric qualification or equivalent;
  • An admin qualification or related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP;
  • Experience in a sales and admin environment;
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately R250,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include access to training and development opportunities, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
