Job Summary
The Regional Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our Durban Branch. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, including time and leave management.
- Process payroll information for submission to HR.
- Manage overtime requests and submit them to HR for approval.
- Compile monthly staff attendance registers and submit them to HR.
- Ensure the Jarrison clocking system is up-to-date and accurate.
- Monitor absenteeism and maintain training records for the KZN Region.
- Submit monthly training reports to HR.
- Maintain Employment Equity information and submit it to HR.
- Assist HR with onboarding new employees.
- Maintain the Disciplinary Action Report.
- Manage petty cash transactions and generate monthly Petty Cash Recon.
- Process cash sales and prepare daily cash sale registers.
- Generate a monthly Cash Count Recon at the end of each month.
- Conduct SHEQ Management activities, including document control and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Perform various administration tasks, such as filing, minute-taking, and typing correspondence.
- Arrange travel for the Regional Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A matric certificate with an administration qualification.
- Familiarity with SAP financial functions, including petty cash and cash sales.
- Knowledge of Scaw Safety Standards and Rules.
- Experience with Time Management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, SAP, and Isometrix Knowledge.
