Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to ensure a positive customer experience and efficient order processing from booking to invoicing. This role involves providing speedy and knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries and proactively resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent and effective provision of services and information to customers, including order management, fulfillment, and problem-solving across various media channels.
  • Verify the feasibility of customer requests in terms of lead times, certificates, and documents required, ensuring compliance with contract reviews, price policies, and international trade regulations.
  • Support team members as needed to maintain service levels and contribute to backup and organization specific to critical business processes.
  • Apply relevant customer service procedures and processes in accordance with the Quality Management System and Discrete Automation Policies and standards.
  • Monitor the order book and take proactive measures to anticipate issues or satisfy customer requests, collaborating with other departments as necessary.

Requirements:

  • University degree;
  • Advanced English language proficiency;
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role;
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask;
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability;
  • Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or international trade;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Package, MS Outlook, Oracle, or Sales Force;
  • Knowledge of international trade, including Incoterms, payment terms, and transport.
