Sales Operations Coordinator

At Boardroom Appointments, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our sales strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Management: Manage sales leads from inception to closure, ensuring optimal lead quality and timely follow-up.
  • Sales Fulfillment: Coordinate sales fulfillment activities, including loading leads into our CRM system, managing lead duplicates, and allocating leads to sales executives.
  • Channel Management: Support channel management activities, including partner affiliate code creation and maintenance, lead form upgrades, and quality assurance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly and monthly feedback on lead quality, lead volume, conversions, and sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Initiatives and Campaigns: Manage sales initiatives and campaigns for outbound channels, ensuring timely delivery of collateral and campaigns as briefed by our Head of Sales Fulfillment and Outbound.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts for unique solutions, including sending offers, generating contracts, and approving disbursements.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve sales operational issues, escalating complex problems to senior management as needed.
