Key Accounts Sales Professional

West Coast Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and networks.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- CRM management experience.
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed and drive sales growth.
- Knowledge of solar and heat pump systems is a plus, but not essential.
- Degree or diploma in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales or key account role, with contactable references.
- Matric certificate with 50% for real math and at least 70% for math lit.
- Must have own reliable car.
