As a Senior Key Account Strategist at Recruitment Matters, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and establishing long-term professional relationships with key account partners. Your mission is to maximise sales opportunities within the client's national accounts and guarantee timely planning and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic customer initiatives with high-volume clients to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Ensure promotional compliance and manage trade spend and claims effectively
  • Build strong retailer relationships to ensure the best implementation of promotional and customer business plans
  • Guarantee timely planning and forecasting, including new product development process
  • Manage trade, spend, and claims effectively and in a timely manner in cooperation with Trade Marketing and Finance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or related field (postgraduate qualification advantageous)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG, customer management experience sector
  • Experience in a similar role managing key national accounts at a corporate level
  • Proficient in MS Excel - intermediate to advanced level
