Sales and Revenue Manager

Job Purpose:
The Sales Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales and sales team in accordance with overall company policy. The main focus of the manager's job function is to improve the commercial performance of sales by increasing turnover and maximizing profitability. Achieving performance objectives will require action in the areas of customer care, regional marketing, sales, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and motivating the sales team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
- Ensuring each sales person has a target that should be intrinsically linked to the Group overall sales target
- Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits
- Using information technology to record sales figures and for data analysis and forward planning
- Dealing with sales staffing issues: conducting appraisals and performance reviews and providing or organizing training & development
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Sales, Marketing / Managing Qualifications
- Previous IT Industry experience essential
- 3-5 Years Sales Managing experience
- Computer Literate
- Must be out going, able to sell & close deals
- Valid License and Own Transport
