Job Purpose:

The Sales and Revenue Growth Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales and sales team in accordance with overall company policy.

Main focus areas include improving commercial performance by increasing turnover and maximizing profitability, achieving performance objectives through customer care, regional marketing, sales, and administration.

Key duties involve managing and motivating the sales team to increase sales and efficiency, ensuring each sales person has targets intrinsically linked to the group's overall sales target.

Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits, using information technology to record sales figures and data analysis.

Dealing with sales staffing issues, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, providing or organizing training and development.

Ensuring standards for quality, customer service, health and safety are met, responding to customer complaints on sales, quality, market trends, and comments.

Organizing special promotions, displays, and events, arranging staff meetings as required, updating colleagues on business performance and new initiatives.

Touring the sales floor regularly, identifying or resolving urgent issues, maintaining awareness of market trends and monitoring local competitors.
