About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Business Developer to join our team at Carlysle Human Capital.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and approaching potential clients, managing client relationships, and promoting sales revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with relevant departments to achieve wins and stay updated with market trends.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships, coordinate the sales process from first contact to order, and collaborate with technical departments to answer client briefs.
  • Business Acumen: Anticipate and stay updated with market trends, and have experience in commercialization of products.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Matric)
  • At least 5 years of business-to-business sales and marketing experience
  • Experience and knowledge in the flavour market is beneficial
  • Financial acumen and strong communication skills
What We Offer:

Based on industry standards and the level of experience required for this role, we estimate a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
