We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Lead to join our team at Publicis Groupe. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in client service, with a proven track record of strategically leading client accounts and driving new business opportunities.

Job Overview

The Key Account Lead will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile clients, providing strategic leadership and guidance to ensure successful campaign execution. This role requires excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Lead client strategy sessions and provide recommendations to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet client expectations.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in client service, with at least 1 year in a lead or director-level position.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading client accounts and driving new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of R750,000 per annum, plus benefits including medical aid, retirement fund, and annual leave. We also provide opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
