The Legends Agency seeks an experienced Key Account Strategist to join our team in Cape Town (Foreshore). This role involves managing a portfolio of existing accounts, providing comprehensive product training, and supporting clients while identifying opportunities for upselling additional products and services.

About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for client needs, product support, and ongoing engagement.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored product training to clients, ensuring smooth adoption and continued usage of our solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Lead training sessions for both clients and internal teams on new and existing products.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Provide regular updates on account performance, client feedback, and upselling opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management or sales, ideally within SaaS or technology products.
  • Strong understanding of relationship management, with the ability to maintain and grow key client relationships.
  • Experience in delivering product training and providing ongoing client support.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
