About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our team in the scheduling and booking of staff within the healthcare sector.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls related to bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in scheduling and booking staff
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries
  • Assist with booking cancellations and queries under the supervision of a manager or supervisor
  • Manage emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Provide excellent service to clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a call centre or similar environment or administrative sectors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel for basic administrative tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Estimate Salary: R120,000 - R150,000 per annum (depending on experience)
