Business Funding Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will provide essential administrative support to our operations team. Your responsibilities will include managing client interactions, loan application processing, and performing ad-hoc duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide timely responses and updates to clients, ensure completeness of loan applications, and prepare required information.
  • Client Interaction Management: Manage incoming client calls, redirect as needed, and conduct initial and follow-up calls to clients applying for business funding.
  • Loan Application Support: Verify application completeness, prepare required information, and follow up on outstanding documents needed for application processing.
  • Ad-hoc Duties: Provide product, pricing, and loan term explanations, guide clients on obtaining bank statements in the correct format, and perform additional administrative tasks as necessary.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: NQF Level 4 or Matric
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in an administrative role
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, strong oral and written communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Behavioral Skills: Goal-oriented, adaptable, follows instructions, collaborative team player, and demonstrates high emotional intelligence and empathy
