About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Office and HR Administrator to join our team at JenRec Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, liaise with rental agencies, handle procurement, monitor stock levels, and oversee budgets.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment, evaluate CVs, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and liaise with agencies.
- Human Resources Support: Maintain personnel records, prepare employment documentation, support leave management, and liaise with medical aid advisors.
Requirements:
- 2 years of office administration experience.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to handle confidential information.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Able to meet deadlines, provide progress updates, and own a vehicle with a valid South African driver's license.
Knowledge of South African Labour Law and HR best practices is a plus.
