As a Technical Support Specialist Intern, you will play a vital role in providing technical support to our customer base, ensuring they experience the full benefits of our technologies.



","Key Responsibilities
Technical Support

  • Provide technical support to customers, enabling them to optimize the use of Smith & Nephew technologies.
  • Collaborate with the Service Division team to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Learning and Development

  • Study and complete learning modules on SNN's surgical video and associated technologies.
  • Understand and apply IFU instructions for SNN equipment.
  • Develop knowledge of typical wiring diagrams, inputs, and outputs related to the SNN tower.
  • Practice and master supported sterilization modes.
  • Conduct basic trouble-shooting and in-service checks.
  • Align with SOPs on Service, Product Complaint, and Product Recall.
  • Complete CRICE clinical practice modules.
  • Assist regional clinical engineers and local sales representatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Matric qualification.
  • Degree or National Diploma in Electronic Engineering or Clinical Engineering.
  • Completed P1 (Practical Session 1).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Own vehicle.
