Key ResponsibilitiesCore Functions
  • Operations Management:
    • Oversee restaurant operations, including administrative tasks, inventory management, and compliance with company policies.
    • Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
    • Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Staff Support:
    • Provide guidance and training to restaurant staff on administrative procedures, customer service, and company policies.
    • Assist with staff scheduling, payroll processing, and performance evaluations.
    • Maintain open communication channels with staff to resolve issues and address concerns.
  • Financial Management:
    • Monitor financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and cash flow.
    • Prepare financial reports for management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize profitability and reduce operational costs.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain:
    • Oversee inventory management, including food, beverages, and supplies.
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure best prices and delivery terms.
    • Implement efficient inventory tracking systems to minimize waste and reduce costs.
