Administrative Support Coordinator

Sydsen is a dynamic and growing organization seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to support our administrative functions. Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a welcoming reception area and coordinating office activities to ensure efficient functioning of the workplace.
- Managing office supplies, corporate clothing, and marketing collateral, including ordering and submitting monthly reconciliations.
- Processing petty cash pay-outs, updating reconciliation sheets, and balancing petty cash weekly and monthly.
- Supporting trust account operations, including documentation for daily payment runs and correspondence with producers.
- Providing financial reporting to the Finance Department, including reconciliation of daily cash, EFT, and Nedlink payments.
- Offering administrative support to traders as needed, such as checking consignment volumes against delivery notes.
- Handling phone calls and inquiries via the switchboard.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in an administrative role, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in standard software packages, including MS Office Suite.
Salary and BenefitsThis role is remunerated at a competitive rate of R50,000 - R70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive salary package, we offer a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
