Insurance Administrator Job Description

Sydsen Group (Pty) Ltd is seeking a skilled Insurance Administrator to provide essential support to their insurance team.

**Job Purpose:**
The Insurance Administrator is responsible for processing insurance claims, maintaining accurate client records, and communicating with clients regarding basic inquiries and updates.

**Responsibilities:**
• Process insurance claims and maintain accurate client records
• Communicate with clients regarding basic inquiries and updates
• Keep files and policy documents up to date

**Requirements:**
• A background in insurance, preferably within the short-term capacity
• Advanced knowledge in administration
• RE qualifications would be beneficial
