Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Duty Manager to join our team at Prospect Staffing SA. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take on a leadership role and be part of a dynamic and growing organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, with at least 3 years of experience as a Duty Manager in a 4/5 star hotel. They will be responsible for managing, training, and motivating a team to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front office operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and guest services.
  • Train and develop a team of front office staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of the front office team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Duty Manager in a 4/5 star hotel.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Opera and Micros.
