About the Role

As a vibrant Sales Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in our thriving team in Johannesburg, enhancing the skills and knowledge of new trainees and existing agents. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate training groups as per Client curriculum requirements, ensuring seamless skill transfer across various campaigns and accounts.

  • Foster effective training environments, promoting continuous improvement and adaptability.
  • Conduct thorough Training Needs Identification, reporting findings and recommendations.
  • Maintain high-quality standards through regular Quality Calibration sessions and variance monitoring.
  • Prioritize self-upskilling on industry updates and relevant knowledge to stay ahead.
  • Cultivate open communication with the team on Knowledge and Skill updates for relevant campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver tailored training programs, aligning with Client expectations and project requirements.
  2. Enhance content delivery styles, ensuring maximum effectiveness and engagement.
  3. Collaborate with OPS manager to transition agents from Training to incubation seamlessly.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to manage Attrition within Training groups.
  5. Review and refine Training content, suggesting innovative ways to improve its impact.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Learning & Development Sales trainer.
  • Proven expertise within the BPO sector, preferably in telecommunications.
  • Outbound sales experience is highly valued.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is R350,000 - R450,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
