Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior management position, preferably in the facilities management industry.
- Proven track record of success in leading teams and implementing process improvements.
- Strong understanding of facilities management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in horticulture or a related field.
