National Sales Director

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting and developing staff, as well as effective communication and problem-solving skills. They should also have 5+ years' experience working with staff and managing timesheets via internal systems, as well as extensive knowledge of the retail industry.
This role involves overseeing staff, ensuring business operations run smoothly, directing and escalating staff queries and grievances, and working closely with the Operations Executive and Senior Manager. Additional responsibilities include assisting store managers with team scheduling, handling staff issues, and authorizing vacation, annual, and sick leave.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training new employees under the guidance of HR and the Senior Manager – Operations. Furthermore, they will manage various store-specific initiatives and ensure these are completed within scope, time, and budget. Filling in for absent employees and assisting teams as needed will also be part of their duties.
