Key IT Business Development Manager Position

As an IT Account Manager with the Sydsen Group (Pty) Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue expansion by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales or account management, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT products and services, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential, along with strong negotiation and closing skills. The successful candidate will have a customer-first mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support.
We offer a competitive salary range of R600,000 - R900,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and career development opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT products, including hardware, software, networking, and cloud services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A customer-first mindset.
