**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Support Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical assistance to clients via voice, email, and chat channels.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Attend to inbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Utilize sound technical and troubleshooting abilities to assist and support clients.
  • Build rapport with clients, ensuring every experience is exceptional.
  • Think on your feet to provide solutions to challenges faced by clients.

**Requirements**

  • Must have worked night shift in a call center.
  • Must have worked with American clients.
  • MS Office literate.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Compensation Package**

We offer a competitive salary of **$45,000 - $60,000 per annum**, depending on experience. This package also includes opportunities for career growth and professional development.
