Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a highly skilled Customer Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong partnerships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
- Provide coaching and guidance to in-store personnel to ensure optimal sales performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG customer account management
- Proven track record of sales growth and customer partnership development
