The company specializes in assisting estate agents, property sellers, conveyancing attorneys, property developers, and small to medium business enterprises with short-term property finance solutions.

Estimated Salary: R 250,000 - R 500,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Description:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong passion for sales and customer satisfaction. As a results-driven sales team member, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, networking, and lead generation activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the bridging finance products and services, demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, consistently driving business growth and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making and enhance sales strategies.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate/property finance industry. You must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels. A valid driver's license, own car, laptop, and mobile phone for appointments and travel are essential.
