Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team at TEEKOM SA. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences while working closely with our production and dispatch teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Completing quotes in a timely manner and providing them to customers as requested.
  • Responding to incoming phone calls from customers who require assistance with placing orders, requesting quotes, or inquiring about products and services.
  • Capturing and maintaining accurate customer information.
  • Utilizing the CRM system to manage data and track orders effectively.
  • Liaising with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely completion of orders according to customer specifications and delivery requirements.
  • Following up with customers to confirm satisfaction, collect feedback, and resolve any complaints or issues they may have.

Requirements:
  • $45,000 - $60,000 per year (estimated salary based on location)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in CRM systems
