Job Title: Client Relationship Manager
Location: Steenberg | Reports to: CEO
The Client Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Business Development team and the CEO, focusing on relationship management, service coordination, and executive support. This role involves managing communications across teams, resolving issues, coordinating meetings and travel, and assisting with business development initiatives. The individual will also handle administrative tasks for the CEO and contribute to maintaining a cohesive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact across teams and stakeholders.
- Manage presentations, CRM systems, and meeting coordination.
- Provide executive support to the CEO, handling logistics, travel, and communications.
- Ensure team collaboration and provide feedback to the CEO on projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in investment management, stockbroking, or a similar field.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CRM systems.
- Relevant degree in Administration, Finance, or Commerce.
