Job Description: Customer Service and Technical Support Professional

beBee Professionals is looking for a Customer Service and Technical Support Professional to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring that our products and services are running smoothly.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as experience in customer service and technical support. The candidate should also have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The Customer Service and Technical Support Professional will be responsible for:

Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers

Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner

Documenting customer interactions and solutions

Identifying and resolving system issues

Testing and evaluating new products and services

Providing technical support to internal teams
