Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer services department, including hiring, training, and performance management.

- Monitor daily transactions and help identify suspicious activity.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of supervisory experience in customer support services.
- 3+ years of B2C customer support experience, specifically in fintech, e-commerce, or similar industries.
