The Talent Barn is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process and ensuring seamless communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate customer databases by recording and updating customer information in a timely manner.
  • Providing exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Communicating product updates and other relevant information to customers through various channels.
  • Managing customer FTP sites to ensure secure and efficient data transfer.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Preparing and distributing documentation to stakeholders, including NCRs, NPIs, and ECOs.
  • Coordinating sample requests and tracking follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Keeping sales forecast systems accurate and up-to-date to inform business decisions.
  • Providing data insights to the sales team to inform sales strategies.
  • Preparing monthly reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Organizing team meetings and coordinating customer visits to foster strong relationships.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales administration role, preferably in manufacturing or technical industries.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours when necessary, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
