We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Administrative Assistant to support our corporate sales executive in managing client relationships and project coordination.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the building and tiling industry. They will be responsible for assisting the corporate sales executive in day-to-day activities, interacting with corporate clients, and conducting presentations as required.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships across corporate client bases, obtaining and managing corporate project information, and following up with existing and potential clients to determine project timelines and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the corporate sales executive in day-to-day activities and functions.
- Interact with corporate clients as required.
- Conduct client presentations when necessary.
- Become proficient in IT systems and internal procedures.
- Establish and maintain relationships across corporate client bases.
- Obtain, collate, and manage corporate project information.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients to determine project timelines and requirements.
- Oversee corporate projects regarding stock requirements and ex-factory ETAs.
- Coordinate stock requirements with the purchasing department.
- Assist in resolving corporate project issues such as stock and timing.
- Support architectural clients with samples and showroom visits.
Requirements:
- Minimum tertiary education should be Grade 12.
- Tertiary certification in sales and customer service would be advantageous.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the building/tiling industry.
- Experience in assisting corporate sales executives.
Remuneration:
- Cost to company: R20,000 - R25,000 per month.
- Sales commission structure to be introduced in the future.
