Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Coordinator to join our team at The Legends Agency. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the National Key Account Manager, ensuring seamless sales reporting, collaboration with merchandising teams, and promotion management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Reporting: Compile and analyze sales reports for key accounts, tracking performance metrics and trends.
  • Collaboration with Merchandising Teams: Daily/weekly follow-ups with merchandising teams based on sales data pulled.
  • Promotion Management: Verify promotions are in place and live on agreed-upon dates, working with merchandising teams to ensure visibility.

Main Duties

  • Collating reports and presentations of sales performance for each account and category for KAM to present in meetings.
  • Filing, follow-up emails, trading term tracking, and other day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables are key to understand).
  • Clerical skills and attention to detail.
  • FMCG experience advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
