Customer Experience Coordinator

Tower Group South Africa (PTY) Ltd is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and driving exceptional operational performance.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all team members meet performance targets, adhere to company policies and procedures, and consistently deliver top-tier customer service.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to drive team performance and productivity
- Monitor and analyze team performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Counsel and coach team members on performance issues and provide corrective action when necessary
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by Tower Group South Africa (PTY) Ltd
- Proven experience in collections & sales in a Telecommunications environment
- Strong knowledge of managing agent performance in line with company policies and procedures
- Able to manage staff effectively and identify performance barriers to meet performance targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
