Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at ACB Consulting. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for driving customer experience initiatives across our stores, ensuring that every interaction with our customers is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with regional CX manager and other stakeholders to drive consistency across the organization
  • Coach and develop store teams to deliver excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in customer experience management in fashion retail
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret customer data
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and consumer behavior analytics
