Job Title: Leasing Administrator

As a key member of our team at E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD, the Leasing Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our leasing process. This includes coordinating and managing all aspects of leasing, from advertising available units to preparing lease agreements and managing move-in and move-out processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to advertise available units through various channels, including online listings and local publications.
  • Conduct property tours for potential tenants, providing information on the property and its amenities, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Screen potential tenants by conducting thorough background and credit checks, ensuring the highest standards of tenant selection.
  • Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections and managing security deposits, to ensure a seamless transition for tenants.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities, providing valuable insights for future decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants to address any questions or concerns they may have during the leasing process, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to ensure all units are in good condition and ready for move-in, maintaining the highest standards of property maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date on local rental market trends, adjusting rental rates accordingly to ensure competitiveness and maximize revenue.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, providing support to the team and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in leasing or property management is highly desirable, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, property managers, and maintenance staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of local rental market trends and regulations, with the ability to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and productivity.
