Property Administrator Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Administrator to join our team at Global Recruitment SA. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our commercial property operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide administrative support to the property management team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.

* Assist with the coordination of property-related tasks, such as rent collection, maintenance schedules, and property inspections.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property transactions, including leases, renewals, and terminations.

* Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

* Collaborate with the accounts/finance department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

**Requirements:**

* Matric qualification

* 3-6 years of experience in a property environment, preferably commercial property

* Proficiency in MDA Software

* Experience in an accounts/finance department

* Strong administrative skills
