Key Account Executive

This role involves leading our sales team in Cape Town, Beaconvale and is responsible for developing and implementing sales plans, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to capitalize on them.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to customers.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong sales skills with expertise in closing deals, account management, and customer retention.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales software.
- Estimated salary: R1 200 000 - R1 500 000 per annum.
