An exciting opportunity exists for a Customer Service Advisor based in Sandton for our UK client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers and service providers.
  • Handle a high volume of phone calls throughout the day.
  • Apply common sense and logical problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate confidently in English with customers and service providers.
  • Learn and adapt to new software systems quickly.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of current and previous experience in a customer service role, involving outbound calls, in a call center environment.
  • High energy to handle high volumes of phone calls throughout the shift.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Organized and methodical.
  • Practical, effective, strong problem-solving skills.
  • MUST HAVE ZENDESK EXPERIENCE.
  • Be willing to work in-office in Sandton, and on the UK calendar, UK hours, weekends, and night shifts.
  • This is a 24/7/365 customer service environment.
  • Be willing to commit to interviewing in person and complete assessments.
