Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Midvaal Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales and building customer relationships to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the client base and increase revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Manage sales and pricing to achieve company margins and targets
  • Perform needs analysis and provide solutions to meet customer needs
  • Complete daily reporting and provide feedback to the sales team
  • Promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  • Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and other sales efforts
  • Track sales and status reports and provide insights to the sales team
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with the sales team and other departments
  • Keep proper records of all pricing requests and feedback
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions
  • Complete sales-related reports as requested by the company

Requirements:

  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 2 years sales experience
  • Own transport

Reporting Structure: The Account Manager will report to the External Sales Manager.
