Job Overview

The primary objective is to enhance and maintain a portfolio of esteemed Premium Segment clients by fostering growth through a collaborative approach, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, tailored services and premium solutions that provide significant value.

Serve as a trusted consultant by acquiring an in-depth understanding of the client's operations through consistent engagement at their business locations, adhering to segment value proposition standards. Act as a central advisory figure for clients, facilitating timely processing of credit applications. Expand and preserve a portfolio of high-value Premium Business Segment clients by adopting a proactive, mobile, and value-oriented financial partnership strategy. Cultivate a profound comprehension of the client's business through regular interactions, including visits to their operational sites. Ensure personalized attention is given to deliver a comprehensive range of customized financial solutions that align with the growth aspirations and potential of clients within the portfolio. Implement effective relationship management strategies aimed at maximizing client profitability and enhancing value to the bank by accurately evaluating the client's current and future financial standing. Guarantee client satisfaction across the assigned portfolio through thorough needs assessments and solution-oriented outcomes. Utilize client value chain analysis to identify customer requirements and deploy appropriate banking and financial solutions. Conduct detailed financial analyses on annual financial statements, management accounts, and cash flow forecasts. Draft and advocate for agricultural and business finance applications, successfully presenting cases to business and credit lending committees. Oversee the credit process from initiation to completion, including collateral management and annual reviews of all clients with credit facilities. Build trust, credibility, and confidence with Agricultural and Business clients.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Minimum Degree Requirements, one of the following or equivalent:

B.Comm (Management Accounting) B.Comm (Accounting) B.Comm (Agricultural Economics) BSc. (Agricultural Economics)

Preferred Qualifications:

Hons Degree SAICA Articles/CA CIMA Qualified

Experience Requirements:

7 Years of experience in the following areas or similar:

Financial Management, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting roles or equivalent. Relationship Management, Credit Analyst, Financial Analyst roles in Business Banking. Agricultural Knowledge / Experience
